Today, “Mr. and Mrs. Mahi” opened in theatres. Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor’s chemistry and sports drama smash previous records for the number of films that have sold out in advance. Out of all the Hindi films released this year, this one has the greatest advance ticket sales.
The directing of Sharan Sharma breaks the record for numerous blockbuster films, including “Shaitaan,” “Maidaan,” “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” and “Fighter.” ‘Mr. & Mrs Mahi reportedly sold more than 2.15 lakh tickets in advance, placing them at the top of the list.
Cinema Lovers Day, an initiative by multiplexes to increase foot traffic at theatres, benefits the film. Movie tickets are only Rs. 99 due to this initiative, which is too cheap compared to other days. This is the reason moviegoers enjoy the film so much—in addition to this, the combination of Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao is another reason.
Movie buffs flock to the theatre to see “Mr. & Mrs Mahi.” But how good is the plot and the film as a whole, and will it be able to remain in theatres for a longer period? What will be the general response to this movie?
We hope that this film will mark a more noteworthy turning point in Rajkummar and Janhvi’s careers. There are a lot of unanswered questions, but we will eventually get all the answers. We’re hoping for the best for this film and its future endeavours.
